I like it: moody.
Would benefit from a gradient filter, or use of exposure bracketing and recombination of the bracketed images.
then the sky would not be so much brighter than the ground. You would see more detail in both.
You can often see this in top-gear. They darken the top of the image.
Er ... exposure bracketing? Gradient filters? Help, Andy?
