901 - Interlude - Whitley Bay Dusk

In which I break the run of posts started here for a beautiful dusk sky, hoping that, if it is at all symbolic that my hundredth post should be of Whitley Bay as it fades into the evening, there are 900 posts left to go on this blog, and just as surely as night falls, it will lift with the rising sun. (Anyway the nights are fun in Whitley Bay.)

Fantastic shot of a fantastic sky. I like Whitley Bay. A couple of very nice friends of mine live there just opposide the green. Have a nice Sunday.

Thanks you two - the photo doesn't do the sky justice - will remember that for a long time!

Lunarossa - what's your link with the North East, if it's not a nosy question? (well, it is a nosy question...!)... And if you get a chance, check out Dave's 'Davearmstrong' blog (comment below yours) for some lovely photos, paintings and self-deprecating humour...

Dave - see last sentence for an ego-boost...

Not big links actually, Steve. I have some dear friends in Whitley Bay and I sometimes visit them. I like Newcastle and the surrounding area. I like the people too. I find them much friendlier that here in Yorkshire. And I like the landscape a lot. All the best. Ciao. Antonella
